Before you buy
- Credits expire in 90 days. Each purchase carries its own expiry date. When you spend, the credits expiring soonest are used first.
- Credits are not refundable. Used or unused, a purchase is final. If you are not sure yet, use your free credit first or start with the smallest pack.
- If something breaks on our side, you keep the credit. When a report fails because of an error at our end, the credits go back to your account automatically.
- Nothing renews. There is no subscription and no card on file. You are charged again only if you buy another pack yourself.
